So did your person take the full 45 days before you got any answers or approval?

The automatic email said if they can help, then they will let me know within 45 days. Ombudsman contacted USCIS about 40 days later and they said it could take up another 60 days to hear back from USCIS. Indeed, my case was approved about 40 days after Ombudsman contacted USCIS. So, it is 80 days from the day I submitted the request to Ombudsman to get approved.

Hi and a BIG CONGRATUATIONS!!! Go celebrate and enjoy!

Thanks for sharing... You are a June filer, we are seeing a lot of June filers, not many May filers and some March filers for some bizarre reason are still waiting!

With regard Nebraska, the files never go there. The USCIS admitted this is an error. The files actually stay in the NBC collecting all sorts of dust, spiders and probably mold spores, until one day the USCIS get a committee together and then decide if you have been a good girl or boy as to whether or not to give your little file parole. (my file wont be released until around 2020 as I am NOT a good girl!)

The file goes to a half way house called a field office, but it's very rare its the local field office. There it is put into isolation for oh around 30 to 60 days, until the IO wakes up one morning and decides it's time to study the file and release the little GC that has been screaming for around a year to be rehoused! What a nice little story! :)

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

USA citizen as of 25th of July 2018. :)

Welcome to the club! The predicted date thing is just a game many members of this thread play. It should really be changed from "predicted date" to something less official like "NPIW Club Guessing Game" or something haha :P

Hi everyone,

I hope we are all doing well. I checked my USCIS CASE STATUS and it read " My new card is being produced...On April 25, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us.....". I made a service request on 6th April as 6months from recieiving the NPIW Letter passed. This process took 9 months from filing to get to this stage, I am looking forward to receiving the green card timely. How long does it take after this notice anyway?

All other VJ Community users waiting hang in there! There is a light at the end of the tunnel after all.:dancing::goofy: Congratulations to all other approvals.
