I would like to know in how many days normally National Visa Center receives an approved petition from USCIS as according to the email notification that i received from USCIS it states they sent my approved Petition form to NVC on 11th of March 2015. Secondly in my case i have a Co-Sponsor as my wife is studying currently so her grand parents would submit their affidavit of support document but problem is they havent filed tax return of 2014 yet they only have Tax return of 2012 and 2013 so my question was would it affect my case by any means or not. Third and last thing so how long does it take NVC to Issue us Visa Number and also how long the case will be in NVC custody now as its already more than six months since the filling of petition with USCIS i hope they dont take as much time as USCIS took in petition approval. Thanks alot in advance cheers :)

15 days from case approval for NVC to receive

30 Days post that for case no.

(i mean working days) (That's what i have seen from timeline. Also when my wife called NVC (twice) they said it takes 45 days for them to assign case no)

bring 2014 tax transcript during interview. That will do the job

send 2013, 2012, 2011 to NVC

Thanks alot Rdahal for your help :) so basically I would expect a time wait of round about four months atleast till the interview call seeing NVC takes time to review all the documents before they schedule the interview lets say its sixty days for review then another month till the interview letter and finally a month or two till actual interview

@ FERNANDEZCR I dont understand how come your attorney can submit payments and documents to NVC on 28th of January 2015 when your approval came on March 17, 2015? Because first USCIS approves the petition and send it to NVC which takes minimum two weeks to reach to NVC and then NVC responses by sending you packet with directions where and how to submit fees and normally NVC takes 60 days till the whole process complete and as far as your question regarding when can you expect the interview date the answer to that is once NVC says your documents are complete u can expect interview date to fall within a month or two.
