G-325A expired?

Hey all

My VA fiancé and I are in the midst of preparing the i-129F package and saw on the G-325A form (right top corner) that this document expired on 02/28/2015. It's a form we got from the official website so I'm a little confused as to what we should do.

Another, maybe really dumb question is, what do I do if my entire middle name doesn't fit in the middle name box? My middle name is 2 words and it cuts off the second one halfway..

2. Hand-write your name in the box.

On the instructions page for the form (http://www.uscis.gov/g-325a) it says:

Edition Date

02/07/13. A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 02/07/13 edition or other previous editions.

I think you're fine using the current available version of the form.

I thought everything had to be printed in black ink, won't they make a big deal out of the written middle name? I know it may seem like a trivial thing but I'd hate to get a big delay because of something so small and seemingly unimportant

To print also means to write in block letters (as opposed to cursive), just use a black pen.

If it were necessary or required to type everything, the form instructions would so state.

The OMB(Office of Management and Budget) expiration date only matters internally for the USCIS. That expiration date has nothing to do with whether or not it will be acceptable for you to use. The edition date is what matters. The accepted edition dates for the forms are listed on the site where the forms can be found and downloaded.

02/07/13. Previous editions accepted.

Also, the forms can be typed, handwritten, or a combination of both. Does not matter. Just needs to be legible.
