CR-1 NOA2 Approves 4 months ago not invoiced yet for AOS (merged)

Timeline

i applied for my spouse NOA 1 04/29/14 ...Approval letter NOA 2 10/26/2014 case transferred to NVC 12/03/2014 ok after that i never recieved any e-mail

of AOS Invoice or IV invoice , ON 01/26/2015 after waiting almost 2 months i call N V C to find out whats going on , customer service told me my case number

and Invoice Identification number and told me you petition is undergo some administrative process and we do not know how long it gonna take... as soon as it

be done we will notify you by an e-mail for your AOS invoice FEE ..i have called several times and e-mail them on ask@ nvc the say same answer ..

so whenever i sign in department of state website and put my case number it successfully login in and when i put invoice ID and select petitioner it takes me

to next page where it says my name as a petitioner and my spouse name as beneficery and there are two red tab says PAY FEE when i click on either

it takes me next page telling me NOT INVOICED ...Any real helpful suggestion please

how long it took NVC after NOA2 to send you AOS invoice ? my case approved 10//26/2014 and still waiting for AOS & IV e-mail to be invoiced

You need to call nvc find out what your case number and invoice number is.Once you get that you can log in on the nvc website and fill out the Ds261 form and pay the aos fee. The only way to find out anything from nvc is to call them do not wait on reply from them

when i sign in to department of state website on feb 5th 2015 , i filled out ds-261 as well i select petitioner as a choice of agent ... after that in few days

i clicked on PAY fee again but same result it says NOT INVOICED all time .. when i call N V C they says there is any administrative process going on and we do not know when it be completed.. as soon as it completes we will e-mail you and notify you for AOS invoice and IV invoice

September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
