I am glad to see some good news here from my neighbors. Congrats to you all!

I am still waiting for tax transcripts because when I ordered mine, the IRS sent me a letter saying "sorry, we can't process your request. Contact the ID theft dept." Great... So yesterday, I mailed off the package. I included a copy of that letter attached to a print out of my tax return. That way, I can blacken out part of my SSN when I email him the transcripts (whenever I get them). I don't want the officer to think that I'm afraid to share my SSN with my man. I'm afraid to share my SSN with some bloak that pulls a hard drive off a printer in an internet cafe! But anyways, hopefully he gets the package safely. It has a blood glucose monitor for my future father-in-law, so it will probably get searched.

But two good pieces of news was that I passed my audit CPA exam! I only have one more exam to go! Then I checked CEAC.GOV and there was a status update on our KBL#. We haven't received any info, but maybe they touched the case? We just want the visa at the perfect time. We would be blessed to get a July interview and too blessed if we actually got the visa approved that day. The earliest we are thinking we can see each other is September, but that would be so awesome if we didn't get AP. Could you guys imagine if in September our TSC folks were getting their NOA2s? Or before that even??

Signature coming soon...

I booked my flight after talking to my fiancé. He said better to get the preferred flight now, and risk making two trips to Kiev. I think our chances are high that he can choose one of those dates for interview.

Well I just had a heart attack! I went to USCIS web page to check our status like I do every evening and tonight I did not get the validation error, I get so excited and then realize that it was nothing other than the system update tonight has fixed the validation problem and you now get a proper message. Oh well it was nice to see something different.

Back to my regularly scheduled waiting. ?

Dude, seriously? Still? What does USCIS say when you call them? You should be able to pull it up.

Yes I called and requested an inquiry. All they will tell us is yes the petition is being reviewed and they are still with the 5 month timeframe for processing at CSC for the I-129F. We did get a formal response in the mail stating this as well. So I guess until we hit the 5 month mark it is just more waiting.

It's awful because I'm so happy and excited and they're all sad and weepy. We aren't even leaving until Tuesday and there's that big party we're having on Sunday. Any advice??? I feel terrible!!!
