Hello If you filed for AOS, EAD and AP, then yes, you are supposed to have 3 case numbers. I filed only for AOS and EAD, and I have 2 case numbers. I see we entered the US the same day

I just got back from my biometric appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm, but my husband and I arrived at noon. They let us in and we went through security. First I had to fill out a form

Thank you :) it says now delivered. How many days after did you get your noa 1?

I am still waiting for their text..I am a bit worried now cause I might have made some errors that caused the delay...one of the vj member above has same timeline with me and she had her NOAs already..well,anyway maybe it is because I submitted my AOS with a K2 derivative..I am hoping before the day end today I will get a confirmation from them...or on Monday.. ?..good luck to us on our journey..hoping for the best.

Yep it just have 2 cases . AOS and EAD ...

maybe the AP doesn't need a biometrics anymore cause they usually give the EAD and AP as one card..

According to previous posts, Miyon83 sent her AOS package to the regular mailing address (USCIS PO Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120), and you sent yours to the express mailing address (USCIS Attn: FBAS 131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517). Maybe that is why you didn't get the NOA1 texts/emails on the same day.

I hope you will get your NOA1 soon!

My wife biometric is this Wednesday 3/25 we have to go 2 hours for 5 mina work. Wish it was closer to home

I have to go 3+ hours for 5 min work :lol: But at least i will leave the stupid small town for a day :dance:

You are welcome! :) My NOA1 confirmation texts/emails came exactly 7 days after I mailed the AOS package, and the NOA1 hardcopy came 11 days after filing. However I also sent it to the regular mailing address and not the express one. I think you shouldn't worry at this point, give it a few more days and then call USCIS. Also, look out for the NOA1 hardcopy, it could come any day. USCIS could have simply lost or misplaced your G-1145. I have read stories about people never receiving their electronic NOA1, only the hardcopy. I know it is hard to stay calm and patient, it is such a stressful process :(
