Hi! My fiancé is set to arrive in a few days I'm so excited! But am wondering if he can travel to UK this summer with me and our baby?

If we get married in March/April and start the AOS process will he be able to travel to UK (obviously of UK allows) and then re enter the usa? Thank u!

He can leave the usa obviously and travel anywhere he likes, but he won't be able to re enter without advanced parole or a green card.

You will have to apply for advance parole along side the AOS.

Currently it takes 60-90 days to process and green cards are taking up to a year.

Depending on when you want to send of AOS and travel as long as it's 4 months or so alway. You should be fine.

But don't book anything until he has ap.

Get married as soon as you can and then apply for AOS, EAD and AP at the same time.

He only needs the AP to travel, but things kind of have to happen in this order. If you do it this way, you have a good shot at getting the AP in time for the summer.

DON'T leave without the AP, Serious consequences for him if he does (basically consisting of he will be denied re-entry into the US).

Does he have a UK visa?

He does not yet have visa to visit the uk but my family wants to apply for him with invitation letter as soon as possible.

Ok great advanced parole. I never heard of it so that's great advice. What is EAD?

EAD: http://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/employment-authorization-document

You should concurrently file for combo card (AP/EAD) when filing for AOS: http://www.uscis.gov/i-485

Good luck on your immigration journey.
