Yes he does. We are hoping if they cc & schedule interview we can all go & our families can meet. His 10 year old son is here with us & we have 9 month old baby too the problem we are having is with his pc. He needs to be there in person to get this but we have requested they cc and let him bring it to the interview. We know it's a long shot but worth trying! of course God forbid they should deny him we would be facing major life decisions...as I'm sure a lot of us are

Yeah yesterday was a nice day so I went out for a walk then came back & made supper. Was a nice, & needed break. It's hard not to keep checking though! It never really leaves our minds!

same here, shows error,,, they are probably updating their website. Coz my IV fee shows PAY NOW but when i clicked it nothing shows.. hopefully when its back they are able to fix it,,

CEAC was showing me the same error too, but it finally worked just now. Who knows what's going on.

I'm so sad to read the updates of people who got checklists. Please know that I'm thinking of you guys and who knows, with the way NVC is speeding things up, maybe the checklist turn around will be much faster and you'll hear something quickly.

I just got off the phone with rude NVC's representative.

Rep: what can I do for you ?

Me: I just called to see if my case is completed.

Rep: your documents was received on 2/10 so you should wait 60 days before you call us.

Me: things are moving fast at NVC this days, I know some people got reviewed in 40 days.

Rep: got mad at me and said "Mom I do not care about other people, I'm telling you about your case" LOL

Me: alright, have a pleasant day!!!

yes most of them are rude, the last person i talked to was really nice, he was a guy. and I was surprised that he was nice to me coz the previous 3 agents were very rude, like it was wrong to call them.

I think that's how they feel. Annoyed and upset that anyone is calling. I'm sure they are under enormous amounts of stress and I understand getting tired of answering the same questions over and over and over. But still, a little compassion goes a long way and if you can no longer do your job without hating your life...maybe it's time to find a new job.

I for one won't pretend to know their lives. I don't think they are just sitting around wasting everyone's time, I think they are overloaded and don't have enough people working there. The reps aren't the ones looking at our cases, they are sitting on the phone all day answering the same questions for hours on end. I can understand why they might get sick of that, but yeah of course I wish they could have a little compassion. I've even spoken to a few who seem to have some. It's crazy that most of them are so rude.
