Thanks BHSMama, and expect a CC this December since your husband has sent the document to NVC.

Thank you.... I really hope they give us a break and not do the whole 30day process. But gods in control.

Interview scheduled for December 11. Expedite approved 2 weeks ago finally scheduled today. Trying to get medical scheduled now.

Good luck to anyone still waiting.

So my friend I met on VJ was so helpful. She advised that we request and expedite on my case through he NVC. I can't believe that only three days after we sent them the request for an expedite hey responded and said hey accepted it and will be forwarding the file immediately to Jamaica. God is so good!

Make sure you have everything ready. I think you're going to get December 18 as your interview date if they send your case off this week. Edited by kamw

Congrats, what was the reason you got your expedite request approved?

Let me know

Thanks

The reason was financial but i wrote a lllooonnngggg letter that included everything from how much the cost of living has gone up to having to take a year off university. Plus I talked about how stressful this has been and the health problems it has caused. I didn't think they would approve me but I was having one of those day and poured my heart into it. I also set an email to my senator regarding The low priority given to us going through the legal system while people who come here illegally are given plenty of attention in new legislation.

If you're thinking of doing it just go for it-you never know.
