Hi everyone, I'm looking for the February IR-1 / CR - 1 group for petitions sent in February. Please can someone give me a link if possible???

I think nobody created a thread for February 2015, I130 Filers. You can create one for feb 2015 I130 filers. :)

just go into ir1/cr1 forum Spouse Visa Process & Procedures and start a new topic....be sure you title it "feb 2015 ir1/cr1 filers"or something like that...looking at past threads will give you a better idea.

good luck

Thank youuuuu!! I was so nervous it would be denied. My after-the-stress panic set in this morning on the school run when it hit me that this is my daughter's last week at her UK school (they are off school next week and we plan to travel the week after) -- I couldn't breathe. It's crazy how the mind works.

I will be checking into the forum until you and DutchmansLady are also done with this nightmare.

Now my stress is hoping flight prices don't go up too much while waiting for the visa to get here. I'm wondering whether to just take a gamble and book for the 25th, giving the Embassy a little over 2 weeks to get it to me. Hmmm.

Awwwwwwww thank you so much my dear friend what a lovely thing for you to do to keep DutchmansLady and I in your thoughts. t5063.gif

I bet your little girl is so excited but still must be bittersweet leaving her friends. And yes the mind is something else but thank God your stress will be something totally different now. I'm just so happy for your I don't have words to express how much right now.

Please keep us in your prayers, my husbands interview is Feb 19 Th, hope your home stress free by then. :)t5063.gif

Thank you so much Soloenta Dear. Hubby mailed the packages yesterday via Fedex overnight shipping. It will reach today. Now I just hope to get a quick CC, without any checklist.Your sweet messegas always lit up my mood. (L)(F) I pray for your interview so that it goes real smooth. :)

Oh God bless you my friend thank you very much for your prayers and kind words, I know they will reach God :) . My prayers are with you and I pray your journey is a smooth one with no checklists or bumps in the road. t5063.gif

So sorry the weather is making a mess of everything and I for one don't understand why they don't bring NVC to California since it's winter and it was in the 70's today and we only have snow on the mountains, we don't have hurricanes or tornadoes so this would be the best place for it to be. God willing the weather will get better soon. t5063.gif

Hello and I bet they have your CC just waiting for you, keep checking to see if you have the three N/A's. t5063.gif

I don't know... I'm at day 55. I keep checking and still nothing. Now I am starting to worry... I know my AOS is fine, and I triple checked my civil docs against the cover sheet, along with having family members triple check everything for me, but that doesn't mean anything because we all know how often NVC loses docs. Panic mode is setting in! Seeing someone with a 12/30 initial scan date get CC a few days ago makes the anxiety even worse. The trend I have noticed, the closer to the 60 days, the higher the probability of getting a check list. Ugh!

Yea I know the anxiety. But do not worry friend. I have seen many members getting Case complete on their 60th day. Also NVC was closed 3-4 days due to snow storm. So, I feel good news is coming your way. Just stay positive. That's the best thing we can do while waiting at this stage. I pray that you get Case complete and no check list.

Not necessarily true about the checklist.

I'd say buckle in. The weather is making the wait a bit longer plus next Monday is a holiday so they will be closed again. I'm sure everyone at the Embassy is on go slow at the momen. Hopefully you get a cc this week.

Most of the approvals on last Friday were 12/11 scan date, so you still have 5/6 days to go. If AOS is fine then no need to worry, because it seems that NVC is picky with AOS package. Hang in there, you're almost done.

I think the first couple of days after it is assigned the reps are frozen out of editing your case. That's what I was told so I don't think calling again will help. We still received the e-mails and then the next time we called they always confirm the e-mail addresses they have on file.

The nicest rep I've ever talked to , Ann I believe, just reviewed my choice of agent form after 3 failed attempts. Solenta you are right, the squeeky wheel does get the oil!!!! It is such a more pleasant experience when you have a friendly rep.
