I will be assembling my package in next days.

I have a question about the pictures we will be sending as evidence. What's the best way to send them: As scanned pictures and print them at home in our home printer...or send actual photo prints from CVS?

Thanks!

Either way should be fine! I have always printed mine on my home printer (which also enables me to add little description notes, dates etc..) and never had a problem! Good luck to you.

I have had photo prints done at CVS and added sticker labels on the back for the description and names. They are in clear photo bags, so the backside is easy to read. Received my NOA1 in the mail as well and I have added the receipt date in the list.

What about two letters from friends or family stating about your marriage? It is a "must have" in the package.

Good luck!

Nope! Affidavits are recommended but not a "must have"!

I never sent any and had no RFE, no interview. VSC approved my I-751!

Hello,

I am out of the country and will post my stats when I return. Essentially I mailed the application February 11 and it was received physically through tracking February 13. Maybe I will have noa when I return.

I read that the uscis is transferring files to the California service center. I'm guessing processing times just got slower for us. Talk about bad timing

Hey all! Following this topic! We're about ready to send off my hubby's ROC (hopefully by Wednesday!) and it'll be going to the CSC. I'll post more once we get it out, but just wanted to say hi! Glad we saved up all this junk over the past almost 3 years. It took over a year for his conditional green card to be approved (without any RFE's or an interview!), so fingers crossed the removal of conditions goes quicker!
