Hello to all Frustrated freinds who have filed at VSC. Please share your experience of VSC filing. Is there any way where i can go and complain against VSC inefficiency/resource issue. If they cannot handle the presssure why are they not transferring the files. Why uscis process are so complicated for no reason. Pls share your frustrations.

Hello Welcome.

From your timeline you have just started the process. It looks like you got a good response time on the NOA1 since there were holidays involved. You need to give them time to work on things, I am sure others have waited longer. You are just starting a long process. Just my 2cents.

Hi agmehta,

Here is my our experiance.

We have been waiting for approval from VSC from last year Nov. Our Pd is 22/11/2013 and there is no sign from the service centre about our petition. I have tried to call them so many times but i am getting the same answer again and again therefore, I gave up and I am now waiting patiently for that day to come. The funny thing is the VB is moving by three weeks every month however, there is no indication from the service centre about moving the date. It is really ridiculous and unacceptable. I have been to the states for five weeks and just got back to the UK this week and it is really heart breaking knowing that there is no time frame when I am going to be living with my husband. I hate the whole process it is really out of order!!!

Same here Habel... I'm too a November filer and we both have close PD.... I m too waiting since a year now.... No luck... Seems that may be coming months we see some positive attitude from VSC.... Reason is that this month they moved 7 days in their processing time ... So may be this is positive for us.... And we November filers r 6 months away from being current but October filers r just 5 months away now ... And VB being on May 8 is moving 3 weeks every month. So at least they hav to process October filers in this month coz after approval NVC stage is 4-5 months so they should process October filers in this month ... I'm just assuming.... Hope we get good news soon.....Be in touch if u hear anything about ur case

VSC is a terrible place to be. In late 2012 and early 2013 my wife and I went through there on the K-1 visa, and was 186 days until NOA 2, it was agonizing, and we still talk about it and how we missed each other.

It would seem to me with what I read, that CSC is the only ones doing their jobs, in a timely manner, but what can we do?

Any suggestions, USCIS is a government bureaucracy and do as they please, and it seems no one has any influence with them.

I wish congress had an "over sight" committee to over see what is going on, as no politicians seem to care.

Is just my opinion.

NSC is processing in a timely fashion. I received my NOA2 on 1/14. I was going insane. USCIS gave me news saying I would need to wait another 30 days. I'm like that doesn't make since. I came to site and low and behold it said NSC was processing July 22nd cases. I literally recieved an email the next day. USCIS is not the most helpful resources if you ask me. Good luck, now for the dread NVC journey...
