Consulate Review: Nigeria
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : July 2, 2015
Embassy Review : He was the last person to interview...

They asked him 5 questions:

1. Who Petition for you?

2. How did you meet?

3. Who contacted who first?

4. How did you propose?

Looked at pictures.. asked about people in the pictures

5. Smiles... What will you do in America?

He knew he got it... Approved

Also, I didn't send any text messages or BBM, What's app, Skype Conversations in, (This does not apply to everyone.) but I did send them to him, to take to the interview. They didn't ask him for any of the stuff that I sent to him in the folder. They asked him questions based javascript:emoticon('')off what I sent in to USCIS and NVC... javascript:emoticon('')

Hello and congratulations on almost successfully arriving to the end of this process. I am still waiting and would be grateful if you respond to a few questions. - Did your interview letter said it is combined interview and your spouse should be with you? - What questions were asked from you and your spouse during i-751 interview? Thanks and good luck

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
