i have a few questions regarding the affidavit of support form.
(1) Since i am petitioning for only my spouse, do i put n/a on the I-864 when it asks for family members 1-5 on part 3 or do I leave them blank?
(2) On annual income do I put $55,000 or $55,000.00 ?
(3) Since I am not using any income from other household members do I put N/A and $0.00 for their income or leave it blank?

I-130 Approved : December 3, 2014

Are you able to answer yes to the 3 questions at the very start of the I-864EZ? If so, then that's a simpler form to use and you can file it instead of the full I-864.

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
