3-29-2007 -US Embassy sent Package 3

4-10-2007 -Received Package3 via Email

If my calculation is right and we won't have problems with our paperwork, we'll get our approval first week of March! Crossing fingers right now... :thumbs::innocent:

thanks everyone, we've been waiting for this day since we filed. my fiance checked the USCIS website everyday just to see if we got touched but dismayed that it didn't changed a bit. we're wondering what went wrong or if we lacked something but they should have had asked for an RFE, and it turned out to be a great surprise. what a coincidence, we got engaged feb. 2,2006 and we got the email the same date but only after a year. well, we both turned out laughing saying "what a great gift for an anniversary." LOL! anyway, this is not the end of it all. there are still many things to accomplish ahead. my fiance has done his part, now it's my turn to do mine. i wish that God would still be there to guide us all through out....all we need is to trust in HIM! GOD BLESS TO ALL!
