Is there any way youre able to know of your check has been cashed? They say it can take up to 30 days after its been cashed to send you an email/text

i will wait for the 30days to know if the check ve been cash.i will be contacting them after the 30days period if there is no message or email from them

Did you submit a G-1145 with the petition? It's an optional form, but without it they wont send texts or email updates and you're just have to wait for the mailed NOA1.

I'm the petitioner.

October 18, 2014: Married in Brussels, Belgium

USCIS:
January 2, 2015: I-130 sent
January 6, 2015: NOA1

June 26, 2015: NOA2

NVC:

July 7, 2015: Sent to NVC

July 27, 2015: Received by NVC

July 30, 2015: Called NVC, received case number, and assigned agent.

August 5, 2015: AOS fee paid

August 7, 2015: IV fee paid, and AOS fee marked as paid

August 10, 2015: IV fee marked as paid

August 19, 2015: DS-260 marked as complete

August 20, 2015: Mailed AOS/IV packet

August 21, 2015: AOS/IV packet received by NVC

October 23, 2015: Received interview appointment letter

December 10, 2015: Interview - Approved!

While you wait, you could also try checking with your bank to see if the check has been cashed or if it is still processing. I believe checks usually take some time to clear; maybe the USCIS has to wait for that confirmation before sending you the text/email.

USCIS converts your paper check into EFT so it usually clears within 24 hours.

I also filed in Jan. 2015 I sent my paperwork on the 10th and got the Text/Email (NOA1) on the 14.
