At the bottom of the notice it says:

"The 15-day premium processing clock does not start until the correct office receives the application"

Mine says the same thing, I'm hoping we are being put on a "fast track" since they apparently haven't worked on our paperwork yet LOL.

Yes, I do. I got the same letter, with the same sentence in the bottom. ( I JUST GOT MY TRANSFERRED LETTER )

I received the letter by mail today, and it states the following: transferred to CSC.. We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case, the office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case.

is it normal?

it doesn't say overloaded or backed up...

Does everyone's notice say approved or is there someone whose notice doesnt say approved. Mine does too.

The premium processing is just standard verbiage. Again y'all know that they were playing drinking games when they did this whole transfer task

So essentially this notice does not indicate anything. Who knows if it even right or not.

All ot says is that we need to wait a very looooooong time

Well, now i see that my receipt date is also changed on this notice, my recipt date is jan 16, and this one says jan 20. #######

Hi All- so i have been stalking but not talking.. sorry.

January filer- TO VERMONT ((MID JANUARY) all other dates are approx in line with the average..... just received physical letter of transfer to CSC yesterday, we confirmed this action last week, via the case status check online with uscis. transfer date of 8/17/2015.

Yesterday we received an email from dhs and checked case status on line which reveals the following:

New Card Is Being Produced

On August 28, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXXX , and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

the case history says just receicved the case yesterday but on the top of "my Case Status" page and in an email from them, yesterday it says --New card on the way == which equals approval right? if so,, you are all very close behind-- good luck- keep the faith
