This is just unbelievable and mental torture by these Service Centers. How can they keep us in the complete dark without any idea what is next for so loing. No one has any idea what is going on and how much longer shouold we expect to wait. I assume it is going to be like 2 - 3 more months for jan filers making it almost 365 days for us to hear something. This is utterly ridiculous.........

RANT OVER!!!

I filed on January 28th 2015, my staus on myUSCIS STILL says on Feb 2nd we recieved your case and thats all it says.

I never recieved a NOA, all I got was a biometrics letter.

Got a letter in June saying my case was being moved to California and ive yet to recieve any update online or anything else. I called at the start of the month and they said if I havent heard anything by the end of this month call back, which will be 7 months since I filed.

So I have NO clue whats going on with mine or anyone else's case but my story might help anyone and show people they seem to be a bit all over the place with cases.

Fingers crossed I hear something ASAP, this is getting ridiculous now.

Well, I filled in Jan 10, 2015. And after my BIO which was March 9, I haven't heard nothing until last monday that they move my case. I haven't received the transferred letter yet nor nothing. This is stressful and ridiculous.. Once again my best wishes to lol of u guys, and let's expect the best of everything....

Crazy stuff.. So I guess I'll have to get ready for the next extension... So my extension is for a year from the moment my GC is expired or from the moment I filed my papers? meaning if my green card expired in March will I need to ask for an extension in March next year?
