If the BIo is 1 month away and then the approval is another month from the bio's date doesnt that make it 2 months?

And second of all we do not know if we have another bio, every situation is different. We already waited 2 months more than the batch before us so maybe USCIS will take that under consideration

As i said, i really hope i am wrong.

The other end of my brain is saying that Jan approvals will start coming form CSC next week.

Sorry still sounds like 2 moths to me.. like I said theoretically speaking if the bio is a month away and the approval should follow a month after that is infect 2 months. But its all hypothetical. We have no idea what's going on.

I got the letter that states that the case was transferred to CSC, however, if I check the webpage, it says that on August 25, our case was received at the local office. Would this mean CSC, or the local office in Miami? Weird... Anyone else with this issue?

Haha! another perfect case of USCIS' incompetency.

I mean one calls and it says case transferred to St. Alabans, letter says CSC, status says local office....

see what i mean? i would not be surprised if they send us a new letter to file a fresh new case and get all the way back in line because they have misplaced all paper work due to moving it here and there.

It is probably CSC, but different people at the office must have had a drinking session and one of the drinking games must be press the transfer case button and update statuses.
