Almost of the document are compiled. As I want to know if my salary last few years didn't meet the requirement but my current salary meet the requirement do I still need a co sponsor for the application?

It is a joint sponsor, and no I do not think you will need one. As long as you meet the requirement for this year. The other years will help to show you had steady income.

Stable income started on January 2014. Less than 30k per annum was last year 2013 .. I still need a joint sponsor right ?

No you've been employed for almost a year. You should be okay.

This is what my attorney says " We can submit what we have but we may get a request for evidence which could delay your application by at least 02 months."

Therefore she says I will get RFE for that matter. What kind of RFE they would asked?

A) you do not get RFE's at the NVC. They are called checklists.

B) it's the CO in interview day that makes the final determination on if you need a joint sponsor. But some embassies are different than others. My husband was at his job 7 months before my interview.

Now we unable to find anyone to be our co sponsor or otherwise have to wait for the person which takes pretty long for them to gather the support documents. So now lawyer still not yet submit all the documents to the nvc yet she ask for my paystub for December. Do u think this going to be hard to get my wife settle down in the United States. Tired of waiting already.

Any advise ?

Like we already said, you should go ahead and file with your own income. It's been a year of stable income, you should be fine.

sounds like your lawyer is not sure of herself
