my fiance and I are getting married in March. Do we disclose the information to the consular officer that we are getting married in fiance hometown? or Since the Visa is suppose to be K1, do we mention about getting married in U.S. before 90 days?

Your question is not really clear, especially without more info on your timeline.

You can get married anywhere within the US, after entering on the K-1. Do not get married before entering on the K-1, or your visa is no longer valid.

Meaning you would like to get married in March, which assumes you receive the K-1 visa prior and you enter into the US and the March date is within the 90 day period in which you have to get married after entry.

A K1 visa is issued to a foreign citizen to travel to the United States and marry his/her US citizen sponsor within 90 days of arrival. If you're planning to get married in your fiance(e)'s hometown, then your K1 becomes invalid. You would then have to apply for an IR1/CR1 visa.

I would advise you to not disclose the intent to get married in India. All they need to know is that you're getting married within 90 days of entering the United States.

You are planning to get married before using the K-1 to enter the US? You cannot do that, and you should not leave out that bit of information just to get a K-1 visa. That would be fraud.

Your question is a bit unclear on what exactly your plans are. Will you get married before using the K-1? Were you planning on using the K-1 to marry in the US within 90 days of entry, as you are supposed to do, and then go back to India for a wedding ceremony in March? You would be cutting it a bit close with trying to file for AOS and AP in order to go back, if that is the case.

I misunderstood the original post- I do not advocate visa fraud in any way, you must not get married prior to them entering on the K1.
