You don't have to go with her. Your being with her will add nothing to the interview.

Good luck anyway!

First of all, I presume you mean 2015.

Each consulate has their own rules for presence of the petitioner. Some alllow him in but don't care if he is there or not. Some don't allow him in the room at all. Yet some allow him to actively particiate in the interview.

Having no specific knowledge of Cambodia, I cannot answer that question for you as far as Cambodia is concerned.

look up reviews from former vj members who have interviewed through that consulate. You can also look at embassy reviews. Every Country is different, and even though the consular website for some say you can not attend with your fiance, they do allow it.

I would suggest going with her . Just make sure you guys are on the same page . Make sure she knows exact dates like when you flew over there to visit . I went with my wife but made the mistake of not being on the same page . We ended up getting denied the visa but I believe it was because we answered differently on some questions . I have read on here that some interviews in PP go a little bit smoother if the petitioner is present . Just make sure you wife knows a lot about you . I will be going with her again next interview . Wish you the best of luck .

actually being at the interview will add a lot if it is possible to attend, and it's a very good idea always

Like everyone said, every Embassy is different. Here in this particular one, you must attend interview for your own good. I attended interviews inside this Embassy on three different occasions and witnessed many interviews in person. They ask you why your fiance or husband not here? This is in the list of a high risk visa fraud country category and they deny visa left and right without any cause. That is one of the cause not attending. You can sit with other people and see and hear every interviews because everyone sit so close to interview booth. My two actual interviews, I was with my wife(First time fiance) during interview as well and I answered most questions. Like I said visa denial is very common in this embassy specially K-1 denial rate I think way over 80%. So don't leave anything behind and bring everything but kitchen sink for interview. I mean evidence of relationship.

She can not go inside embassy if she doesn't have national ID card. Guard at the front check her ID and keep it. Without that you will run into trouble. So make sure she has it.
