I thought I was getting cc today, but I just got off the phone (again) with NVC and same ol' story "wait until 60 days", even though the First Lady today said that they were "reviewing" my case. I guess I'll stop logging into the site, it's just driving me insane!!!!

What is your scan date?

Just checking in...i have a scan date of 10/28 for aos supporting docs and 11/5 for iv package. Just called nvc and received same spill. Gotta wait 60 days for review of dcouments. I asked have they started reviewing the documents yet. I was told its possible... So my question is, is there a way for those taking calls to know if our case is being reviewed? Im hoping for a case complete before Christmas. Congrats to all that received cc. ..Praying that the rest of us get a cc soon.

I am not sure. But I would doubt. Supervisers can see if your case is being reviewed or not.

I am OCT 28 as well. If you hear anything let me know. I called today and they said probably in a week I should call back. So next tuesday I thing they will start reviewing OCT 28.

Okay so here's the deal with our case:

We got a checklist for part 4 item 12 (asking if we were on active military duty) - the kicker is we have a duplicate copy of the AOS form and it clearly is check marked. I will be calling today to figure out how this can get expedited as I knew we didn't make such a silly mistake in the first place. It's so depressing to know that we have to fight for our case when it should have been approved in the first place.

Such a shame. I will keep everyone updated and see what happens after I call.

Thanks everyone for their words - I will fight this decision!

Good morning everyone! I checked last night at midnight since they close at that time and still no changes, yet I just woke up, logged on and guess what?!! I got N/A on the AOS paid line! I'm now just waiting for 7am to call NVC and get confirmation that it is cc. God is amazing, people, keep praying and don't lose hope for yourselves and others.
