I entered 0 so nothing was left blank and misinterpreted as missed or skipped

Thank you. Also, I can't seem to enter '1' next to 'Item 2 Yourself' in Part 5 about Household size via Computer...Did anyone able to enter 1 there via computer or did you just handwrite number '1'?

Has anybody gotten CCs with both their birth city/town and state/province as N/As. I just talked to a rep and he said to resend everything but I was hoping I can get away with both as N/As. My third time :((((

Did you enter N/A for birth city/town and state/province on purpose ?

I did for all of them as they were also wrong but NVC asked for 13.a.1 only . We need to give them (Form 1040 line 22) in that column. So if we are correcting it for the latest return , we should be doing the same form earlier returns as well.

I sent it on 19th Nov. and got the scan date of 21st Nov. (but got the actual checklist email today saying the same)

I plan to do for all 3 years. Rep only said for 2013 but to be on safe side. My question is on irs transcript should it be the record of account option?? Or which one? Pls help

Hi guys,

I just got a big doubt: in the form I-864 part 5 sponsors household the for line 2 (yourself) what did you put? We didn't write anything because it was not a fillable field in the computer but now I think I did it wrong.

For example my husband is sponsoring for me and he has no dependants. So what should be his household size? 1 or 2?

Has anyone got a checklist because of this?

I am desperate :(

This should be 'Return Transcripts' and not 'Record of Account Transcripts' . I sent the same originally and they accepted it.

Household size would be 2 in your case. As long as u entered 2 in line 8 of part 5, you should be fine. don't worry about leaving the line 2 blank

This should be 'Return Transcripts' and not 'Record of Account Transcripts' . I sent the same originally and they accepted it.

quick question on 'Return Transcripts'.

I amended my tax return and my total income changed. This 'Return Transcript' that I requested from IRS has my old total income and not the new one. Should I use whatever number is there on the 'Return Transcript' on form I-864?
