Yet more questions y'all,

Like the topic title says, in the form where it asks how long I have resided in the US, should I put my birth since I'm a citizen or should it be the time since I last returned home from a stint abroad that was longer than a certain time period?

I was in the Army in Germany for three years and lived in Colombia for 1 so I'm a little unsure.

Feeling confused,

~Kevin

There is a link at the top of the site in the blue bars under the logo called Example Forms. You will find many different example forms there. This is the I-134 > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

Wait, so am I right to assume that since I am unemployed, I will have to have a co-sponsor fill out the form? I have assets as well to the tune of 40,000 so will there be two forms submitted?

As well, can anyone detail the requirements?

Sorry for all the questions, the step by step guide offered on the K1-Flow part of this site glosses over these aspects.

Thanks again!

If you have no income, you would need the bare minimum of $58,986 in assets, which is 3 times the income requirement for a household of 2. So, you are about $20k short in assets. You will need a co-sponsor that meets the requirement for their own household size plus the foreign fiance(e). They will fill out their own separate I-134 and provide the same documents as you, most recent tax transcript, letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs. The co-sponsor should also provide proof of being a USC or LPR.

Very informative, thanks a lot!

At the risk of sounding ignorant, what is a USC/LPR?

US citizen and lawful permanent resident.

The topic says all, what does it mean and what should I write next to it? Yes or no? Sign it?

The VisaJourney template doesn't have anything in that box.

Many thanks.
