Hi everyone, I too am waiting on the IV Bill to be invoiced and am being told when I call it will be in the next few days. They did tell me to send in all my paperwork, so I did today. Stevana, send it in, you won't have any problems, I've been told the same by 2 NVC reps now.

Ok. I'm gonna ask my husband to send them out then. Thank you!

We're in a slightly different situation. We were assigned a case number/IIN on 11/10. We sbumitted the DS-261 on 11/12. However, we haven't been invoiced for the AOS or the IV yet. We've been checking the payment portal several times a day since we submitted the DS-261 but we haven't been able to log in to the payment portal, which just says that our case is being terminated (which the wiki guide on this site suggests means we are currently being invoiced).

Our CEAC status for the AOS fee says 'N/A'.

Have we done something wrong or is this not a problem? I'm starting to get slightly concerned that there may have been a problem at some point.

Is the CEAC website working fine for everyone at the moment? I can log in and see the summary but I get signed out (need to reenter case # etc) once I click on any link, for instance I was trying to check on the AOS fee and clicking on "in process" kicks me out. Same for the "pay now" on the IV line. Strange.

Tried logging on the CEAC website, seems each time i click on 'Pay Now' to the VI or 'PAID' for the AOS it logs me off automatically.

I wonder if this means they're fixing the issue. Has anyone else experienced this today?

Hi, when i called them they just confirmed that they have received the documents on 17th Nov (if that's what you asked). They did not tell me anything else. I am planning to call them next week. When i called them first time for aos fee , they did mention about 60 days for review of docs and 42 days for review of ds261(but, i have not received any email regarding this). So i think iv fee will be invoiced after 42 days.i just hope this doesn't take that long.

For those who are facing issues regarding click on "pay now" button for iv fee,

Try this link:

Hi everyone

We are also waiting for IV to be invoiced. We had paid AOS fee on Oct 23rd and sent the AOS package and waiting since then. We had decided to send the IV and AOS separately. When my hubby called yesterday, they said they have email issues and our file has been sent for supervisor review. The rep did suggest to send in IV package without paying fees, but we are bit skeptical. We are thinking to wait few more days.

Good Luck
