I have a question. My wife interview is on 28th of January at 7:00 AM.

1) How long before should she arrive at the pick up point (bus service)? Where can I get the info of this station?

2) She has a relative accompany her, because this is the first time she's ever left her house. My mom's cousin is going to accompany my wife to the embassy. Will they allow him inside at the waiting area of the embassy?

3) Can Petitioner (me) be at the interview? I've heard cases where the Consular Officer asked the Petitioner to go back to states and show photo evidence of his return before Visa is issued happened to my mom's friends daughter.

2) No, relative cannot accompany her at all in the embassy, he will have to wait her at the shuttle service building. Only your wife will take the shuttle to the embassy.

3) Yes, you can be present at the interview but it's not necessary. I wasn't present at my wife's interview but everything went flawless thanks to Allah.

1) I looked at Google Map and it doesn't slow any shuttle service on Avenue 3, Quaid-I-Azam University Road Sector G/5...

2) That's interesting cause some people like a neighbor of mines his wife's father accompanied her to the interview.

3) I wanted to attend but heard stories where CO asked Petitioner to return back to US and show proof he/she returned.

Aoa lovely views

Here's the details of my day at isb embassy

Got taxi from hotel at 5am

Reached visa seekers shuttle service at 0520

Had to wait in cold as they open at 6am

6 to 7am...got ticket and wait

Reached embassy at 7:15...waited 10/15 minutes outside

Got in to the immigrants visa line

Got Token...

Waiting for biometrics

Another waiting for medical/passport collection

And another waiting for actual interview

This all took an hour...0725-0825

Than shortly I was called for interview at window... I had chosen English

Co was a white American (with beard)

After greetings he asked me the following

Who is called you.

How did you meet her

When did you meet her

Does she have siblings

How many and what's their names

Does she have a house, or who does she live with

When did she go to usa

What visa

How long did you live in the UK

What did you do their

Is she here with you( she was in isl but not at the embassy)

How do you communicate (I gave WhatsApp viber phone text msgs sheets)

Do you have her passport copy

During this he was typing on computer

He said "oh yeah I can see you went to a business school" he meant you well organised the documents

I had piles of docs,,

After few seconds of silence he said"approved "

I thanked and came out

Around 5 in the evening Ap changed to issued.....

Now tips

Be confident, ,, most important

You are not doing anything wrong...everything is genuine and true...so be confident

Take everything you have...from petition to interview letter and anything related to relationship

Organise your documents

Separate them with clips and in transparant pouch... I possible print the title page explaining what contains the folder.

If you think some information could be helpful for the Co to know but he doest ask.... You can give him that information with another question's answer... Appreciate

That's it

And most importantly pray regularly and make Dua for others too...

Good luck

Allah hafiz
