I assume you mean if you are in America where can you get stuff notarized? A notary public (a lot of banks and shipping type places have these as well as private ones you can call) or officer of the court, such as a lawyer, can notarize a document for you.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

landr, gave a very good answer.

With her age, it is a problem even in some US states, let alone a K-1.

I hope your attorney is ..,.,.very good, you are going to need it!

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

How is that not appropriate ? He willingly told us her age, maybe we could advise him better if told us his age. The girl is a minor where i live. Why am I the only person with the courage to ask ? What is the country coming to ? You people should all be ashamed for giving this person advice. Without the facts this case has red flags all over it, borderline sickening.

It sure was an inappropriate comment that was removed and your question of how old he is was left in tact. Don't twist it.

It makes no difference how old he is in this matter.

What are you talking about what is this country coming to ? If it is good enough for the CO to be satisfied with a judges / guardian consent

then who are you contradict it ?

You read one post and think you know it all and say their case is riddled with red flags and borderline sickening ?

Seriously what the heck is your problem ? All that matters is that the CO has the law covered so get off

your moral high horse. A couple generations ago people married in the US much younger than 17.

I should be ashamed of myself for giving this person advice ? YOU have some serious issues.

here is las vegas marriage license law

Minor Applicants, ages 16 or 17 (not yet age 18):

Minor applicants must have consent of a parent or legal guardian. Minors will need an original or certified copy of the birth certificate which lists the name of the consenting parent (no photocopies will be accepted). Legal guardians are required to present a certified copy of the court-ordered guardianship papers (no photocopies will be accepted). A parent or guardian is required to have acceptable identification to prove they are the parent on the birth certificate or the legal guardian on the guardianship order. If a parent giving consent pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 122.040 has a last name different from that of the minor seeking a marriage license, the county clerk shall accept, as proof that the parent is the legal parent of the minor, a certified copy of the birth certificate of the minor which lists the parent’s first and middle name and which matches the first and middle name of the parent on any document listed in subsection 2 of NRS 122.040.

If it is not possible for the parent or guardian to be present, an original, notarized Statement of Consent, in English, must be presented with the original or certified copy of the minor's birth certificate. If the Statement of Consent is prepared by the legal guardian, a certified copy of the court-ordered guardianship papers AND the original or certified copy of the birth certificate of the minor must be presented. The notarized statement should contain the full name of the parent or legal guardian, relationship to the minor, minor’s full name, birth date, and the statement that the parent or legal guardian gives consent for the minor to marry. All documents must be in English or translated into English.

Where I come from this is illegal. She is a minor. If he is 18 or 19 (which I highly doubt) then I could understand. This is why I asked. (25-70 year old man) then yes it is sick.

It is not illegal within the realm of the legal requirements for underage marriage, as stated above with Las Vegas law.

OP is not coming from "where you are from".

Different strokes for different folks.

It is not for us to judge any age preferences if the couple, the guardians and the judge / state law allows it and therefore irrelevant and mean spirited

of you to even comment on in the manner that you did. Stop it.
