Sorry guys.. In last 2 days i am being lot more pain to u guys asking tons of question.

Few min ago i read one hell of interview experience in pak and now i am scared.

I spoke about that to my wife too and she says "ur wife commands u to not to worry. No one can keep us away" but i have question

1. My both parents are decesed

2. I have no fixed assest to put her into. But she has already put me on mortgage in our home at US, in her benificery for work pension and on private funds etc. Also in insurance

3. I make considerable amount to live happy and good but never saved money coz i always donated to street kids and orphans and ngo. So u can say i am broke.. And i am supporting one child for her studies and all expenses since long and is also saving 50 Usd approx every month in her name so she can have better education when she goes to college. I had hard time in life and if i can make one persons life i will do.. And i am doing it. My wife knows all about it.

3. We have joint account in nepal. Sending money to nepal from india is hard so that account is almost empty.

4. We have evidence as phone bill, emails, around 100 images, emails to her family, cards and post till date etc

5. I live in india.. But nepali national so my interview will be in delhi

6. We have age diffrence of 23 yrs. I am younger

our is cr1. Can someone say how tough is our case??

Ahh we got married on 2nd visit. 1st visit of her was coz she was our guest.. We spent some time together at that time as me being camp manager and she as my client.

And in second visit after spending 5 weeks together we got married.. Her visa and our wedding certifcate date can proove that

we were on ldr before wedding for 15 months .

Her fren was with us when we got married in nepal. She took all images and was with us at court house in nepal.

I know my wife sounds financially strong than me.. Which she is .. Will this be negative point

we only plan to live in US for 5 yrs .. And then she can retire and we can come to nepal.

I always wanted to serve my own country.. Circumstances were not good.. I am seo as profession (computer geek) but i am also travel photographer. I have many people doctor, traveler, writer, photographer from US and Europe as my frens who can send note about my character etc.

Now what do u guys think

Sorry guys.. In last 2 days i am being lot more pain to u guys asking tons of question.

It depends on the region...

A lot pluses

3. I make considerable amount to live happy and good but never saved money coz i always donated to street kids and orphans and ngo. So u can say i am broke.. And i am supporting one child for her studies and all expenses since long and is also saving 50 Usd approx every month in her name so she can have better education when she goes to college. Great

3. We have joint account in nepal. Sending money to nepal from india is hard so that account is almost empty.

In India you can't have a joint account. She is a NRI

4. We have evidence as phone bill, emails, around 100 images, emails to her family, cards and post till date etc

Plus

5. I live in india.. But nepali national so my interview will be in delhi

IF you living in India due to Work related then No Issue..

6. We have age diffrence of 23 yrs. I am younger

In US age doesn't matter but since this is for Immigration its up to CO to ask you questions concerning this.

our is cr1. Can someone say how tough is our case??

It Depend on your Consulate Officer.. When is your Interview ?

Your situation is what it is. Just give them all the evidence you have, be honest, and trust in God. You cannot take one person's unfortunate experience and say that will happen to you. Everyone's circumstance is different! No one can really tell you what your particular CO on your interview day will say or decide. Be confident in your love for each other and think positive! Many VJers have racial, age, religion, and cultural differences yet they get approved. So collect everything you can to show a bonafide marriage and relationship and leave the worrying to God.

Sending prayers and positive vibes your way! Best of Luck!

Thank you for ur advise. Thing is my wife loves her work and she is speech pathologist.

And if i am denied visa, she swears to leave the job to be with me. And i know her happiness is in me and in the kids she is able to help . She is fond of them.

And i want my wife to smile and be happy. So i am going through all these stuff.

I know co is the one who decides our fate. We believe in each other and we love madly and we will be in love forever as husband and wife and best friend.

All i want is to see her happy.. She is more excited and happy that by end of 2015 i will be with her and no distance to worry.. And if i am denied she will be just super sad. So i am taking extreme caution on furnishing document to proove.

I know uscis, nvc, embassy doesnt thinks from heart if they would then seeing our call records to each other they would stamp my visa. We speak 2 times a day.. She wakes me up and i wake her up .. And we start and ends our day hearing each other.. Not to mention emails.. We have 3000 pages of emails copied in word files

They might say "no" on phone but once ur wife is there, they will most likely allow her in as long as she has her US passport :)

I really do not think that you need to worry if you married in good faith.

It really bothers me that the age would be an issue when everyday we see that situation with the USC being a male well in his seniority marrying a much much younger female from another country. This is no different and I have never heard of this being an issue.

It is very comforting to hear of someone that helps out so much to people in need. Let's all give it up for karma and hope that this makes the stars brighter for you two :)

Every case is different and the fact that your wife is willing to quit her job to be with you in Nepal says a lot. I suggest she refrains from that as she can have a retirement and you both have a more comfortable life in Nepal if you wish so. I am certain that if you get all your evidences together, you will succeed.

Really, relax because there is nothing to worry about. Be upfront and tell the truth.

Wish you luck in this journey, and a speedy process for us all.

Best,

UnaMexicana

I agree with other members that it really depends on the Immigration officer during your interview date. Delhi is known to be tough because it deals with so many fraudulent cases. However, if your relationship is real & you can prove that through evidence...Have no fear!! :) Good luck on the journey...

Also, I read somewhere that if your spouse can come during the interview period, it would make the case stronger..Just a suggestion! I'm planning to go to India during my husband's interview (if its during my vacation lol)

Even Mumbai too... risk depends on the state

Yes that i read tenzy.. My wife too plans to come with me to interview but then we need to consult embassy once we have interview date abt allowing her to come with me to embassy

Are you on a valid Visa in Delhi ??
