It will be no different than what we've seen already, repetitive stonewalling by the Republicans, then they'll cry in their corn flakes when Obama issues an executive order to get something done.

I have 3 or 4 cups of coffee every morning. One at home, one on the drive in and usually two when I get to the office.

Meh, I'm not keen on the coffee taste just for the sake of flavor. Though I must admit I have recently made a coupla gallons of cold brew coffee for my wife, and it is pretty good stuff. Not as bitter, less tannins, and less fats.

If you need cream and/or sugar for flavor, then you haven't brewed your coffee right. There's no additives in my coffee but there's tons of flavor. Coffee flavor. Some brew coffee that looks like watered down tea. I don't brew it like that. I brew it like I mean it.

Obama will do the executive orders anyway, and he won't be impeached for it. Obamacare will not be repealed even though 100% of the republicans who were elected ran against Obamacare.

The military-industrial-security-banking complex won this election, just as they have won every election since I was born. What the Republican majority is all about is how different pots of money (eg Highway funds) will be distributed as spoils to their campaign contributors.

The thing I hate more than anything else is being lied to and manipulated. Like calling amnesty for illegal aliens "Immigration Reform". Not one word of the immigration law is going to be changed insofar as legal immigration is concerned. So nothing is actually "reformed". Instead, illegals will simply be given green cards as their reward for breaking the law. Whereas we legal immigrants go through hell if one little "t" is not crossed or "I" dotted on the enormous pile of application materials we must submit. In fact, it will probably get even harder for legal K-1 immigrants.

In the 1960's it was said that the most powerful man in the world was J. Edgar Hoover. Since then, there's been half a century of advances in technology the executive branch uses to spy on all of us, including congressman. The number of spy agencies has multiplied, and the willingness of the people to tolerate it has increased.

A slim majority of the Senate isn't going to be enough to convict when the executive knows your porn surfing, your drinking and drugging, your affairs, the money you have stashed offshore, the congressional pages you boff, etc.

It really is a mistake to call it ObamaCare when Obama preferred socialized medicine and the bill was instead crafted by the insurance industry. You can't underestimate the amount of money at stake for some of the largest financial institutions in the country. They will still be there lobbying, funding campaigns, taking congressmen on junkets, doling out cash booze and hookers to make sure their interests are protected. Whatever "reform" happens is just going to make them richer.

Not only that I saw a poll today that shows 60+% support Immigration reform. Never mind that half of those want it harder for illegals to get in.
