thanks Kels2487. i sent our joint bank acct signature sheet only as it shows date it became joint account and our signatures which match biographic forms and petition.

My wife just call me now tht she got a text saying the document has been forwarded to Nebraska center ..

My document forwarded to Nebraska service center for processing with 7-10 days and said form l-797 form will arrive in standard mail ..goodnews on the way,glory be to God

Have you tried checking your case status online ? The email suggested that you wait until you receive the hardcopy in the mail but I checked just out of curiosity and mine came up in "initial review". Am pumped that I can now track what is going on!

We sent I 130 October 27 and got NOA1 via email on Nov 5. File got transferred to California service center.

I hope it won't be too long. Glad I can read your share of the waiting !

I got the NOA1 email this afternoon and my case is being forwarded to the California Service Center. I can't check my status online though!

It usually takes 7-10 days to get online. I got lucky when I checked but keep a lookout or call USCIS after 7 days.

Thanks! Yeah I've read on the forum that California auto expedites petitions from citizens living abroad. It would be nice to have the NOA2 in a couple weeks! I might start working this weekend on the paperwork needed after NOA2. Good luck to y'all!
