Too awesome Saylin!!!! Saylin, from what others have said, if you actually get the case number in your email (during the NVC process) - do you still need to call them to give them your email addresses? or will that info be with online form for choosing agent ?

thanks

Thank you Thank you!!!!

The online form doesn't ask for email addresses.

I ALWAYS suggest calling to give over email addresses, or at least confirm they have both of them (they may have just the petitioner's from the USCIS stage).

Saylin - I couldn't edit my original post, but I've been meaning to ask this

Is it okay for me to fill out the ds 260 and 261 for my spouse?

Note: if needed, yes, the petitioner can file the DS-260 on behalf of the beneficiary. This is very common, especially due to the language barrier and/or no/low internet connection.

She doesn't have a printer, and I have an issues with trusting their network over there, meaning that her system might have malware, or her network is not very secure....

I think from your screen shots - there's a section at the end that says "did you receive any help with this form?" if I do it, do I need to answer that question?

thanks!

I'm not sure why you're asking when you've already quoted my response from the wiki, which I've bolded above.

And no, that section asking if anyone has helped you is more directed to legal representation. If you want to fill it out, you can, but not needed.

Wiki looks great Saylin! A perfect up to date reference. Once again, thank you for all your hard work and due diligence.

Applicants should just send you the money instead of hiring lawyers... !!

Really like the new flow chart too!

Thank you, thank you!

And hey, if people want to pay me to help them through this process, I wouldn't say no ;) I'd charge a LOT less than lawyers too

And thaaanks! I think it's easier to read (compared to the old one). And I had such fun with the pretty colors too :D

Another update! :star:

After I updated the NVC Process wiki, I realized I should probably update the Montreal EP wiki as well (), so I did. It's now updated to the new process too :)

Time for lunch now, I think? :P

Thanks for all your work on this. I wouldn't have made it through this whole process without the wiki. I think I had it practically memorized since I read it so often.

Thanks Saylin! - I was concern mainly about that "if you had assistance" part. and thanks for the tip, i'll call once a week.
