Yes, there are a couple of us here that are assigned to TSC. I've been following a couple other threads, and it looks like TSC is on June filers right now...even though their website shows April 2014 as of September 30, 2014. They might want to update that data...

Our story!

04/29/14: Met on a Mediterranean Cruise on the MSC Armonia

04/30/14 to 05/08/14: Traveled together on the cruise - Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Croatia
09/06/14 to 09/14/14: Visited Morocco - Casablanca, Marrakech, and Essaouira

02/11/15 to 02/17/15: Planned trip back to Morocco!

Our Immigration Story!

Service Center: Texas Service Center

Consulate: Casablanca, Morocco

10/31/14: I-129F submitted

11/05/14: I-129F NOA1 Notice Date

11/07/14: Alien Registration Number changed

Have you guys checked out this timeline on VJ? It shows approvals for each month, seems like they are processing more now at TSC, shorter times between I-129f sent and NOA2 within the past couple of months. The processing times on USCIS website haven't been updated in almost a month

Do we really need to wait 4 weeks before contacting NVC?

It has been 12 days from NOA2. What is next? Are we waiting for a letter from NVC? Or are we waiting for a letter from Local USA embassy? Where is the new case number being assigned? NVC or Local USA Embassy office?

You can phone them whenever you want honestly, we waited one week before calling and a lot of people on VJ have their case number within three weeks so as long as you don't mind disappointment (and being on hold for ages) then phone as much as you like :P

If you don't phone, you will eventually receive a letter with the same information from NVC , so that's what you're looking out for.

Then the embassy gets in touch with the beneficiary once they've received the petition from NVC.

Hope that helps!

No NOA1 but they cashed our check, yeah!!!!

Yay, progress! :)

Most of the shorter processing times are expedited cases for couples where the beneficiary is from the Philippines (their cases are expedited due to hurricane damage I believe). If you look at the rest who are not from the Philippines, they're still mostly from the summer time.

I'm just praying they make another transfer from TSC to CSC soon. Hopefully that will help all of us out.

Appeal was dismissed what does this mean for fiance Petition?

Did you receive this notification? From looking at other threads (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/514281-please-help-suprise-dismissal/page-3), it looks like it may be an error on USCIS' part.
