Hello all, I just sent off my husband's ROC packet via FedEx overnight to the Vermont Service Center. We had to wait longer than I would have liked to submit it, cutting it close to the Dec 20th deadline. My fingers are crossed that all goes well. Does anyone know about how long it will be for us to get the notice from USCIS that the packet was accepted in time?

You should get a response from USCIS in about a week!

Hey guys, quick question about the fee

Did ya'll add up the $505 filing fee + the $80 Biometric fee together and send it on a personal check or money order?

TIA!

Yes! Send one check or money order! Let us know if the send date changes. Good luck :)

Thank you, that's good to know! I was going to be sweating bullets if it took longer.

i am going to send one check of $590 . is it work ? or do i have to send two checks one is $505 and one is $85.

I checked the USCIS website beforehand, and sent in one money order for both fees according to this information:

Filing Fee

$505. (Add $85 biometric fee for a total of $590, where applicable. See the form instructions for payment details.)

Write one check for $590.00 which includes the base petition and biometric service fee!
