Hi ,

I am going to send my package for I-751 on December mid . i would like to know how long they will take to send the extension letter and biomatric requests ?

Extension letters usually arrive 1-2 weeks after the initial filing and bio notices arrive close to a month after filing! Let us know when you mail your package!

Time flew! We're up for this in December as well. I have a question regarding the office. Are you filing at the same office that you filed at the first time?

Oh, edit. Just saw which one I have to go to. California it is.

Good luck to all!

the 3 affidavits of support we need to send them along with the I-751 as per instructions by USCIS . Please check the instruction for more detail.

those affidavit could be written by your friend ,relative or anyone who knows both of you very well . and he or she is in USA.

I see, you mean the affidavits from friends or relatives. The affidavit of support was the document we had to include in the K1. The document with which the spouse clarifies that they have sufficient financial means.

I thought these friend/ relative affidavits were something you can add, but don't have to. I'll look into that further. From what I am reading about this one, the focus lies on proofing that you have a life together. There seem to be people who haven't even submitted photos because their lease, insurance, tax, bank etc etc documents were plenty of proof. I thought the written affidavits fell into the category of the lesser important proofs.
