Very happy for those who get approved so quick but is a lil unfair how many people have to wait months to get approved.

We filed at the beginning of the month through the Chicago office. It took about a week but it was received and approved and is now on its way to the California office.

Have someone from March 20 ahead been send to NVC? If yes please share how long does it takes to get case number assigned I heard about two people VJ with case assigned in less than a week that's great!

We are finally approved!!! Our PD is Oct 14. I was able to share this great news right with my wife as I am visiting now. :) :) :)

How long does it takes for the approved application to be sent to NVC? Is that what you meant?

I thought my case would have been shipped by now to NVC. R u approved yet?

No nothing yet.

I called Tier 2 yesterday and was told that the target date for the response to our service request is Friday

From what I see the current scan to CC is 35 days?
Hopefully that will stay or even be faster, and not go back to 60+ days as it was recently.

Got a text message today, April 1st, telling our I-130 was finally approved! Called my husband abroad and he wouldn't believe me thinking it was a April fools joke. He had to check the case status online to believe :no:

PD was Oct. 22nd.

We did contact our state Senator the day the 5-month processing period expired. Not sure if it helped because we called their office yesterday and were told the staff in charge of Immigration issues was out and would be returning next week only.

We are still in the waiting game. I did contact the Senators office but was told it will take a week or two for them to contact USCIS. Oh boy

I-130 FINALLY APPROVED! PD was October 30, 2014, and we got our approval on March 31, 2015. So we got our approval exactly 5 months and 1 day after NOA1. I still haven't received text or e-mail message, but status was changed online. I called my partner today, and she thought it as an April Fool's joke too! Good luck to everyone still waiting for NOA-1. It looks like they are finally making their wy though the October filers.

I know the feeling, PD 10/09, NSC

November preps are coming through while I feel like professional clock, VJ site and USCIS watcher.

I am happy for everyone that has gone through the SC, but reading about the scan dates, CC's and checklist is not fun when all we are longing for is NOA2
