Is ok, don't worry, It means that everyone that sent to the Chicago lockbox is in the same situation as me and you :) odd would be if we were alone the only ones taking longer than one week to receive EAD/AP.... I think in around 1 month we gonna receive it :D

33 days since our Bio appt. No changes on the website. Matt called them yesterday 3 times asking to speak to a Tier 2 rep to find out why he had not received an interview notice or the waiver notice.... 2 guys hung up on him. The 3rd one, supposedly the tier2, basically laughed at him. Told him he had to wait 6 months. That it was way too early. Odd thing since some people who filed in Aug have the MF'ing Green card.

K-1 Visa -  Date of arrival to US  Aug 30, 2014

Married September 26, 2014

AOS: SEPT 24th, 2015 GREEN CARD RECEIVED !!

ROC:  Oct 10, 2018    Approval of ROC via online USCIS site.

Naturalization: March 26th, 2021 Approved!!

As of 2022, we are working towards moving back to Australia likely in 2025.

Yeah it's tough. I pretty much know it's going to take a long time for us since Dallas is one of the busiest office and they are backlogged.

Just gotta be patient. At the 75 day mark we can submit an e-request or call for the status on our EAD.

I'm super happy this morning! Oct. 1st sent AOS Biometrics Appt. On Oct. 29th Charleston, SC and December 5th the site has been updated to say "My Card was ordered to be produced". Is it safe to say that means his Green Card is complete? I hope so! :-)

That's awesome. Did you also send in your EAD an AP apps? Because that's most likely what is being produced. Nonetheless that's great news. Hopefully us early October filers start getting updates soon like you.
