Hi guys. I need your help. This K-1 Visa for G-325-A I want to know if petitioner signs name of beneficiary using beneficiary's name?

Is it ok to whiteout a mistake on a form?

Beneficiary must sign their own G-325A form unless they have given the petitioner legal permission via Limited Power of Attorney to sign the form on their behalf.

IMO, instead of using whiteout, it's better to print another form with the correct information.

No. Beneficiary has to sign her/his own form. You can fill it out for them though.

DO not white out anything. They have special scanners they use to scan your forms. You are better off typing it in the PDF form and than printing it.

Technically all signatures should all be original. I would suggest not to use whiteouts as it is very easy to just reprint the document.

Hmmm, that's illegal to do that. Use your name and sign it with somebody else. People think they are easy to forge a signature. But they do forget that each line with tension and how it draws different to each person. You just probably created a problem for both of you especially if the immigration found out about that.

The beneficiary must sign the G-325A and the Letter of Intent, both documents must have original signature when sent to USCIS.

Re do the forms, they are easy to complete online then print.
