I think the sup will definitely approve this... I think born before 75 get away with not obtainable certificate and 2 affidavits

hope so may be people who look our cases are just looking for specific things if you dont have birth certificate they dont check no record and stuff so may be supervisor can check and review that and will get approve but i cant do anything before that review. And if they dont accept that then iam screwed need to get from court and that process take 3 month to just get no record and then i can submit to nvc and then will take 60 days more from there

Here is TheBigO formula:

CC = (0.7751 x IV ScanDate) + 102.22

Your IV scan date is 10.6.14 which is 279th day of 2014 now we can calculate :

CC= (0.7751*279) +102.22

CC= 216.25...+102.22

CC= 318,4...

Convert 318 days into a date you'll get your estimated CC date...Which is around 11.16.14 or 11.17.14!

Mine should be 11.06.14 or 11.07.14....We'll find out if the prediction is accurate next week for me and in about 2 weeks for you :)

Keep me posted and good luck!

Don't forget to add the error factor in as well, I think it was 6 days. I have been looking at the formula with error margin and comparing it to actual dates of CC and it seems it is out by roughly 4 days.

It seems like people are submitting their AOS before they pay their IV bill and even sending in their IV package before paying the IV bill. I was told to submit both packages together and I am still waiting to be able to pay the IV bill. I have only submitted the DS-261 last week. I have paid my AOS bill and have my AOS package ready to send. What is my best approach, send AOS now or wait until I pay IV bill? If I send in my AOS can I also send in the civil docs? Seems risky to send the civil docs without the IV bar-coded cover sheet.

I check daily to see if I can pay the IV bill yet but it still appears as $0.00 and no applicant name under the IV Application Processing Fees section of the Invoice Fees page of the website.

Anyone know if the police certificates are acceptable with only name or should the passport number also be listed? I have seen them both ways for my husbands country.
