I want to start a k-1 visa I was wondering if the fact that my fiancee already tried visiting visa and was denied be an issue and also if us having a child together helps? At the time he was attending school he wanted to come visit me while I was pregnant and be here when the baby came but he was denied. Now he is done with school and read to relocate. I need help, if anyone has info....also I lost my job before my maternity leave was over, I have a cosponsor because my part time job don't pay much.

Welcome to the forum.

Your fiancé's visa denial will likely not be an issue. Having a child together will have little bearing on the K1 visa process either. If it did, there would be a lot more pregnant fiancées going for K1 visas. However it does add another person in the household, so in light of your mentioned financial circumstances, a co-sponsor is likely a good idea.

:guides: accessible at the top of the forum page. In particular, the step-by-step K1 visa guide and the K1 Flowchart.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Not an issue at all. I had my B-2 visa application denied back in 2010 and it never came up during my interview and got approved on the spot for K-1 visa. He should be just fine.
