Timorthy Geithner. Remember him? He's another one of the 0-clan that bit the dust. He thought it might be a good idea to talk to Chinese economic students about money. Butthead.
Turbo Tax Timmy gets mocked in China

Poor Tim Geithner. He already comes off as kind of nervous and insecure when talking in public, but at least in the US, the only people who ever bother him are crazed Code Pink activists. But in China, representing the country as chief bond salesman, he openly mocked.
In his first official visit to China since becoming Treasury Secretary, Mr Geithner told politicians and academics in Beijing that he still supports a strong US dollar, and insisted that the trillions of dollars of Chinese investments would not be unduly damaged by the economic crisis. Speaking at Peking University, Mr Geithner said: "Chinese assets are very safe." The comment provoked loud laughter from the audience of students.....too bad they can't vote. Another great appointment from the Messiah.
Actually it's a good thing this was in China. If this was in a US...... Treasury would have looked at the class roster, gotten the names of the students who laughed and then threatened them with IRS audits and SEC investigations till they got with the program.

It's OK; he'll just go chill with "his people".

it is really very disrespectful to compare what black people in this country have had to go through in order to vote without fear or intimidation, to this highly circulated, too often regurgitaed, jpg:

Look at who you're talking to.

“Hate is too great a burden to bear. It injures the hater more than it injures the hated.” – Coretta Scott King

"Oppressive language does more than represent violence; it is violence; does more than represent the limits of knowledge; it limits knowledge." -Toni Morrison

Some of the more notable moments in the guy too big for his britches. Damn, he's a arrogant dirtbag:

July 13, 2014: Holder said on ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” that “racial animus” fuels opposition to himself and President Obama.

April 8: Holder, during a hearing of the House Judiciary Committee, clashed with Rep. Louie Gohmert, telling the Texas Republican: “You don’t want to go there, buddy.”
Dec. 17, 2011: In an interview with The New York Times, Holder told the newspaper that an “extreme segment” of his critics are motivated by feelings toward President Obama, adding that he serves as the stand-in for the president.
March 1, 2011: Holder vociferously denied that the Department of Justice went easy on members of the New Black Panther Party
Feb. 18, 2009: Holder said the United States remains a “nation of cowards”

what it is about context that conservatives have such a hard time pinning down?

It's not conservatives. Because BJ is one and he understands context just fine. You're talking about the bigoted minority that have reside in both parties. If you add context to the mix, they'd have nothing to bytch about.

well, no offense to bj but conservative blogs/networks/vj posters are the only places i've seen this sort of thing repeated over and over. the only time i see it shown or referenced on the other side of the fence is when it's being openly mocked, like on colbert or something.

I know. It's not context in so much as it is racism. I'm sure the folks here that have normal lives don't act like this in public. Online they can act out what they fear without repercussions.

I really don't buy into the idea of people having online personalities different from real life. When I see someone who is an a-hole on the internet, I just assume he's an a-hole in real life too. I don't think internet has anything to do with it.

Trust me. These people wouldn't dare say this ish in real life unless they were around like minded folks.
