How is it 'unfair' or ethically incorrect to bring up two 'citizens' swinging billy clubs directly outside a polling place, referring to passing voters as "white devil" and saying "get ready to be ruled by the black man, cracker"? And then of course Eric Holder cancels their prosecution (but directs DOJ to sue various states for daring to institute for voter ID).

How is that OK? Enlighten me.

i didn't say anything at all about race, i said felons. felons come in all shapes sizes and colors, love. i don't blame whitey for any of that.

i believe that after someone serves their time they should not have their voting rights restricted indefinitely. certainly in a climate where felonies are relatively common. sorry that's too lenient for you.

anyway, while i don't think that violent felons should have immediate restoration of 2nd amendment rights, i don't agree with losing them for life unless already in jail with a life sentence. non violent felons should certainly be able to have their rights fully restored.
