I am trying to fill out this Personal Data form online for an interview. I am not sure what to put under Priority Date and Case ID.

Priority date is the date on the NOA1.

Case ID would be your MNL number that you received from the NVC.

OK. Priority date is the RECEIVED date on the NOA1... BUT... priority date isn't used with the K-1 visa so you could use any date

Case ID is your MNL #

Have you paid your visa fee yet? If yes it is printed on the deposit receipt the personnel at the BPI gave you.
