hehe I got the "approved" one, is that NOA2? Also i read that the fiancee only has 4 months from the time the service center sends the package to the embassy, is this true? if so, does the consular office ALWAYS extend it? Let me know! IM so excited!!

Jan 12, 2007- I-129F Sent

Jan 17, 2007- I-129F has arrived at the NSC

Jan 24, 2007- NOA1 date

Jan 27, 2007- Check cashed by CSC

Jan 29, 2007- Paper NOA1 recieved (at permenant US address)

May 1, 2007- NOA2

May 16, 2007- At the NVC

May 18, 2007- Left NVC

May 30, 2007- Packet 3 arrives

May 31, 2007- Faxed Packet 3 stuff back

July 9, 2007- Interview at Vancouver

July 10, 2007- Visa recieved!

July 18, 2007- US entry

August 25, 2007- Wedding <3

Congratulations :thumbs: Make sure when you receive the offical letter that you keep it in a secure place, you will need it for AOS. Good luck :thumbs:

Congrats on the approval.

Good point, Jasman..... some people aren't aware that they will need the NOA2 for the AOS process.

You will also need a copy of the Vaccination Worksheet from the K-1 medical exam, so if you don't already have a copy for yourself, call the doctor's office that did the medical exam and request one. The Civil Surgeon in the U.S. can transfer the information from the worksheet to the Vaccination Supplement which is required to be sent with the AOS application.

JAN-18-07 RECEIVED LETTER FROM NVC (National Visa Center)

1 WEEK PETITION WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE APPROPRIATE VISA ISSUING POST (LONDON) WHERE INTERVIEW WILL TAKE PLACE....
