From October the visa bulletin still stand on 1st December 2004 or it should move from October means in October will it show some movement please can anyone brief me about it

There is no way to predict PD movements in future VB. The VB contains only general guidance for the coming months.

No one can brief you about the future. Not even USCIS, the NVC, or the US embassies.

July & November 22, 2004 cases got IL in September, so 99.99% visa bulletin for F3 won't be retrogressed. WOO HOO!!!

Now we need some more info about the cases with PD after Dec 01, 2004.

P/S: Told u so. NVC's predictions are sucks!!!

Good news is that at least not retrogressed.

Timeline

So 4 months of no movement. Only positive is no retrogression. Major annoyance is having to get Police certificates again. So we should hopefully now see some decent movement since the new fiscal year will be kicking in again.

Priority date 9th December 2004. Interview email received 31/08/2016. Medicals completed 12/09/2016 and received 20/09/2016. Interview done at Montreal on 03/10/2016. Visas issued 17th November 2016. Passports received 21/11/2016.
