ok so fiancee sent the i-129f yesterday and weve just realised she didnt add the names of the people or locations to the photos as part of the proof or having met

whats the possible things they can do, refuse package, ask for more proof?

You mean she sent in pictures with more than just you two in them and didn't label their names or the location? Pictures are not primary evidence so it's not the worst thing in the world, what else did you send in as evidence?

no the pictures are of just us

- Copies of all airline boarding passes

- train passes

- itineraries

- hotel receipts

- passport stamps (make sure you can read the dates on the stamps)

- and other documentary evidence that you have met within the last two years

They will be looking for concrete evidence of you two having been in the same place at the same time in the past two years. Photos and emails are supplemental; they may help establish a bonafide relationship or corroborate other evidence you provide, but because they can be forged or photoshopped, aren't considered true proof of face to face meetings. While it won't hurt, a letter from her father isn't going to help too much either, for the same reason.

They are looking for official, verifiable evidence. Things like copies of boarding passes that show her name and her flight # going to your city, passport stamps corresponding to her visits...stuff like that. A search on this site will give lots of advice on what is and isn't considered evidence.

They will ask for more proof (RFE) if they deem it necessary.

Not an issue. Most of the photos I sent in didn't have anything written on the back.

You don't need ALL of the things on that list. Technically one is all you really need. Since you have more, plus secondary evidence of photos and email logs, you should be fine.

so your saying not having a copy of passport stamp and forgetting to put names on photos isnt too harming is sent the following in total

1 x itnerary/ticket

1 x ticket reciept

boarding passes (although some barely legible)

7 photographs of just us in the usa

a written statment signed and datyed by her father saying i stayed with them and i proposed

2 x chat logs

If they need more evidence then they'll send you a Request for Evidence (RFE), it will slow down the procedure some, but if you respond promptly and send EVERYTHING they asked for (read it VERY careful and follow their instructions), it should be fine.
