I work for a Canadian branch of an American company. I'm a Canadian citizen by birth. I have Canadian family in the USA and a boyfriend who lives in the USA. There are internal opportunities listed for branches within the is USA. Is it worth applying or am I wasting my time?

Are these jobs likely to be eligible for TN or L?
