We received our notice that the TSC had sent our approves application to the NVC on Aug. 2, 2014. I called the NVC on Aug. 14 and they told me that they had received our application that morning and it would be 25 business days until we had our Manila case number.

Sign up where? We havent had any notice after noa 2. My husband gave his email address but havent receive anything yet ..

You can sign up for e-alerts on the USCIS website. If you were signed up, the petitioner would have received an email and text when you received your NOA2. I was wondering if they forgot to update your case status on the USCIS website or if you didn't receive a notice because you didn't sign up for the email/text alerts.

EDIT: Sorry, my question wasn't meant for you, izzhele. It was meant for missadams.

What is happening ? Im realy upset about this ... I hope my prayers would be answered too

How to get aos and iv package?

Read this guide over and over again until you get an idea of the NVC process. It's a very well written wiki by one of the members on this board, Saylin.

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

You should also follow the monthly NVC thread to get a better idea of timing and ask questions!

Good luck! Hopefully NVC picks up the timing and everything gets done faster lol.

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

I don't know if anyone has has read some of the more recent threads about NVC processing, but apparently there are people who have been told by NVC representatives that K-1 petitions are currently being expedited for processing. Good news for some of us.
