We got hard copy of our NOA2. still waiting for our petition to shiped to NVC... Anyone here whose petition approved has been shipped to NVC?? How long does it take? Our NOA2 date is 19th August.

It's currently taking TSC about 1 week to forward the approved petition to NVC.

You may be going through CSC, they are a little faster than TSC.

We found the senator's office info online and called them. They asked us to file a form allowing them to check our case and as soon as they has it, they did it. We're still in contact because they asked us to keep them updated.

I just sent the check list back, last week. I should get the next instructions next week or so.. (Pay $240 & schedule the interview). My medical appointment is next week... on september 2nd (I got told it wouldn't take long but I will have to come back a few days later for the results)

Thanks!!!

Well good luck to you with all that :)

Let me know how everything goes ;)

But its been transferred to california.. Are they taking same amount of time?

From California. It doesn't make sense to go to California. If from the CSC, I honestly don't know how long it's taking them.

Julie&matt, hang in there! Those goodbyes are hard! At least they make us appreciate moments together...and I hope those come soon for you. Cheers...

Thank you so much:) I just landed in Washington Dulles & I have a transfer flight in a few hours. Good news, though...I have an interview tomorrow for a higher position at my work...they called last night & I couldn't reach them til just now. I'm really hoping that the petitions get transferred quickly to nvc so we can get the process moving after NOA2. I need some positive news. I keep crying & I look a mess...

(Oddly enough, there was a couple behind me at the airport saying goodbye & the guy was consoling her saying it'd be the last goodbye & be permanent the next time. Same as me...) I can't wait til I'm picking up Matt at the airport!

I am the petitioner.

What do you exactly mean by this approvals?

You mean the approval of NOA 2, right? :)

His petition was transferred to CSC and approved there so they will be sending it to NVC.

It is taking CSC longer to forward approved petitions to NVC than TSC by approximately 2 weeks from what I have seen.

Yes, NOA2. Petitions that were recently transferred to CSC from TSC are being approved (about 6 so far I think).
