I need a phone but I think that will be a christmas present to myself.

As for smashing stuff....in a way it would be good for him if i did that but I won't. I feel bad for him..I think we really could have had a good marriage if he unplugged his pc and started dealing with stuff...at the hearing the judge asks "did you read the agreement and are fine with it" ....what did he say ? "uh sure" (because he did not care to read it even) so the judge tells him "well you better have read it because if you did not then you are stupid" that is exactly what he said lol.

Part of me will always love him though cannot help it. I see the potential man he could be (which is probably what got me into trouble in the first place).

LOL you should have asked judge to write in the agreement about some sum of money you should get from your ex. He would have sign is withour reading, since he apparently did that :P And you'd have money to a fresh start :lol:
